KING OF THE HILL

GAME RULES

1. General
1.1. This document contains the Game Rules for the King of the Hill service operated
by us through our App.

1.2. When registering for, entering or playing King of the Hill, these Game Rules must
be read together with our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
These documents are together referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”.

1.3. We reserve the right to make changes to these Game Rules as required from
time, including where necessary to reflect changes to our General Terms and
Conditions or any legislative or regulatory changes that need to be addressed in
the King of the Hill game. Where possible these changes will not apply to any
games you are currently playing or games you have joined, but in any event we
will give you as much notice as reasonably practicable of such changes.

1.4. In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and the
Game Rules, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2. Accessing King of the Hill

2.1. To access King of the Hill you be required to register an account on our App, as
set out in Clause 4 of the General Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Your account will not be considered registered until all information required as
part of our registration process has been provided so that we can carry out our
required eligibility and verification checks under Clauses 6 and 7 of the General
Terms and Conditions.

2.3. In the event that your account is frozen, either by us for non-compliance or by
you on request or as part of a time-out or self-exclusion period, you will not be
able to access King of the Hill.

3. Joining a Game

3.1. Our King of the Hill games will be presented in our App as games that you are
able to join. There may at times be a range of games for you to choose from
depending on the sporting events and fixtures available from time-to-time.

3.2. To join a games, you will be required to pay the entry fee or ‘buy-in’. The buy-in
will be displayed clearly for you prior to you committing to join any games and
making any transaction.

3.3. You are able to join multiple games when playing King of the Hill but you may
only join each game once, however some games will allow multiple entries.

3.4. Buy-ins will be paid in the currency displayed in our App.

3.5. You will be able to pay the buy-in using funds stored in your account, if
applicable, or by a payment method chosen from those that we display as
acceptable methods of payment in the App, which may change from time-to
time.

3.6. If there is a period whereby your entry into a game is capable of being cancelled
and your buy-in refunded, such as before an event or fixture is due to
commence, we will make it clear in the App when the window for cancellations
will close.

3.7. Other than when stated to the contrary under Rule 3.6 above, buy-in’s shall be
non-refundable.

4. King of the Hill mechanics

4.1. In each of our games you will be shown a series of sporting events / fixtures /
matches relevant to the game you have joined. To participate in the King of the
Hill game you will be required to select one competing team to support in the
opening round.

4.2. The aim of the game is to select a team that wins its upcoming match so that you
can progress into the next round.

4.3. If the team you selected wins its match, you will be able to then select a team to
support in the next round of fixtures. If the team you selected loses its match, or
the result of the match is a draw, then you will be eliminated from the King of the
Hill game.

4.4. You will only be able to choose each team once for the duration of that specific King of
the Hill game. If no teams are available to you at any point over the
course of the game, you will be eliminated from the King of the Hill game.

4.5. The game continues until either one player remains in the game or all remaining
players are eliminated in the same round:

4.5.1. Where only one player remains at the end of a round, that player wins
the game and receives the prize applicable to that game.

4.5.2. Where all remaining players are eliminated at the end of a round, those
players will win the game and the prize applicable to that game will be
split equally between those players.

4.6. Unless indicated otherwise in the game description prior to joining, each round
in a King of the Hill game shall run for approximately one week, subject to any
reasonable variation required due to accommodate any unexpected delays or
postponements of matches in that round.

4.7. In the event of a match cancellation prior to any matches in the round taking
place, or postponement of a match beyond the duration of the round prior to
any matches taking place, you will be permitted to select a new team for that
round unless we indicate otherwise in the game description. In any other
event, we reserve the right to either refund your buy-in and remove you from
the game or move you into the next round. Where possible we will try to
ensure that you are able to continue participating in the King of the Hill game you have entered.
